Before purchasing my EX Coupe I4 mt5, I searched the forums for any info on how much people paid for their cars, to gage if the dealer was trying to gouge me or if I got a good deal. The info would have been helpful in securring the best possible price. Unfortunately most of the info I found was from U.S. sources, why are Canadians so reluctant to say what they paid, are we afraid to hurt the dealers feelings? Canadians have always been ripped off in their car purchases compared to Americans. Are we embarrassed that we paid too much? If I knew what other Canadians paid I would have had a target price to strive for. So without knowing what other people paid, I went and tried to get the best deal possible. I hope people will find this thread helpful and add to it to help others purchasing Hondas. And prevent anyone from getting ripped off.
