$30 if it's a clone, more for brand name Dell, IBM, HP. Break it up might worth more but it will take time. Quick sale is $25.

Post it up for sale for $100, somebody will probably come and offer you $50, take it and run. That system is not worth very much but I would say at least $50

You also have to remember where you are asking this question... its RFD everybody is cheap :D this is why you get dumb replies like $15 for a computer when the ram alone is probably worth that since its older and not really avail now.

Also, if you're going to do that you need to do it on somewhere like Kijiji or Craigslist and not RFD for the same reason above.

But honestly I wouldn't pay more than $30 for something like that.

At the end of the day it depends on the person. If its in good working condition for a spare computer or for somebody to just use ms word or check email for $50 it's not a bad deal if it lasts 2 or 3 years.

& yes I agree you would have to post it on Kijiji or similar for sure.
