How to order from US in regards to billing adress
So I want to use 1 of the border companies that are at the border and you can just pick it up from there (put your name and their address).
However, how do you order stuff with your canadian credit card? Usually companies that ship only in US only have US option for address (in which case you use the border company) but also US option for billing, in which case what do you put there when you use your canadian credit card?
Basically I was looking to order something from logitech US website (quite a lot of price difference). How can I do it?
Thank you

Just place the order using your CC # and the US shipping address. Some sites will have a section for you to fill out both your billing address and your shipping address if it does then do that. I've been ordering bike stuff from the US for 4 or 5 years now and have never had a problem when ordering stuff and only giving the shipping address.

Sometimes you can have a 2nd address added to your credit card (phone your card company) and some sites (via their credit card processors) will now accept the 2nd address as the billing address
but some won't ... and some sites/processors just won't take Canadian issued cards regardless of the billing address. The only way around that get a US based credit card.

Most websites allow you to put in a US mailing address and a canadian credit card billing address. I have run across a few which won't let you do it. In some cases, you can phone in your order and they can take payment from your Canadian credit card and send to your US address. I just did that with orientaltrading.com to buy birthday party stuff.

BMO Mosaic Mastercard has a neat function. You can actually submit a request to have your address changed temporarily to the US address and once that expires, it reverts back to your original Canadian address.

So would I be able to order from logitech.com? Or do I need to change my CC address?

Friends and I do it all the time with Amazon and other places in the US. Have you checked to see if Amazon has better prices than logitech.com ? Just ordered a g930 headset for $130, the US logitech site is $159.

Along the same lines as the OP's question, what address do you use for US stores that have in store pickup? I was trying to order something from Walmart.com and Sears.com for in store pickup but both allowed US only addresses. Walmart.com now takes foreign credit cards but the address field only takes a US address. Bestbuy.com actually gives you a specific US address to use for international orders for instore pickup. With Black Friday and Cyber Monday around the corner, I was thinking that it would be useful to have this information for specific US stores in a single thread that people could refer to. Unfortunately, I don't have the answers to start that thread.

Yea, I'm in the same boat with Logitech. Only US address for billing. And I guess if I put the address of the US border service in the billing that will reject the order automatically right?

Why don't you just try it and see what happens? I've done it both ways Cdn Billing address--US shipping address or I just fudge it and use the US shipping address only and I've never had a problem.

It's worth a shot I guess. But I'm also planning to make the purchase when they will have a big discount like in the past, so if that is not working then, then there goes my opportunity to get it cheapest
