how to receive money from abroad without paying receiving fee...

It seems there is no way to receive foreign wires without paying receiving fee of $15 per wire... this quickly adds up...

Any way to receive money into Canada without this fee?

It all depends from where you are getting money and which currency, TD charges for incoming wire, Scotia and HSBC have waved but that was depending on the amount.
the other method could be to do direct deposit, I think PC financial also does not charge, but you need to check. There are credit unions also

^^^ Cheque. Only costs the price of a stamp. You don't mention originating currency so will assume USD to a USD deposit account.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you even tried.
