How to register for US credit cards?
Citi offers US citizens a 5% cashback card!!!

Gonna say that you probably can't, unless you're a citizen with a social security number. Same as Canadian card.. couldn't register without a credit check.

umm...what card are you talking about??? i have a citi card and it is only 5% for grocery and gasoline and 3% for everything else to a maximum of $300 cashback per year....I already maxed out my cashback allowance to the full $300 so i don't get anymore cashback with citi anymore.....

that's the one. are you a US citizen? I thought that card is for Americans only.
$300 is still good considering you got it at a 5% rate, not like you have to use 1 card only
