How to report threatening email from Rogers IP address?

I was dumb & used my real email to write to a guy on Kijiji for stuff he was selling. Things went south & now he has my email, facebook & other info on me. He is threatening to stalk me and a basic "shut your mouth or else" kind of thing. I'm a 5' tiny blonde chick who lives alone so I'm a bit worried. All I have is his hotmail email address, Rogers IP & name.

I went to the Rogers abuse reporting but it is to report @rogers emails for @rogers.com customers (which I am not). I'd like to report him & let him know it is NOT okay to do this.


Any tips on how I can get to this guy & report him?

He posted an ad, using a picture from a forum on RFD, listing the exact ones being sold at Dollarama:

When I offered to buy them (for way more than the $2 he paid for them) he said no, then sent another email saying where did you get the idea that I got them for $2... I mentioned, nicely I may add, the picture from the thread here (not his picture, btw) plus they were the exact same ones, etc. He went off on me & started calling me stupid & included details from my facebook profile. I wrote back to say he didn't need to be a jerk & good luck selling his stuff. He wrote back with threats of stalking & keeping my mouth shut.

Maybe he's a teenager & just a little punk but maybe he doesn't know saying ***** like that is not cool, even when hiding behind a computer. Who knows, maybe he's grown up since his opinion of women before:
"2 words - ***** women, plain and simple....i mean that in many different ways, especially literally."

In any case, I'd like his real contact info since he has mine.

If he keeps pestering you, use a disposable email to get his contact info and press charges.
