How to reverse my ping settings on Counter Strike Source?

Okay, some guys told me to input cl_cmdrate 1-10 into the console while I was playing. It was masking my ping and I want to reverse it back to the original settings. Does anybody know how to reverse it and clear all settings from the console?

still not working, it wont match the ping with the ping on the net_graph

cl_cmdrate 30 is the normal rate, netgraph and the ping on the score list isnt supposed to be the same. the ping on the score list is the average.

its weird its keep on showing me a low ping like 5 or 6

Ooooo... It should be cl_cmdrate 30
Type cl_cmdrate in console and press enter, it should tell you the default value.
