How to settle the RE bear vs bull discussion

There seems to be a ton of back and forth between the RE bear and the bull. Wouldn't it be nice to put money on this to make it even more interesting?

Is there a site out there where you are allowed to make your own bets? We can set up something like....

RE in the next 2 years.. +/- 10%?

One person will take the 'no' position and one will say 'yes'. There it is, a market place for the bears and bulls.

There must be something like this already. It would sure make these threads a ton more interesting.

Lol, was thinking the same thing.

Also, RE is so location dependant. Are we looking at a particular city, a neighbourhood, a street? Are we looking at detached homes? Semis? Condos?
