HP System Recovery Problem
I am trying to do a system recovery but it goes to a blue screen that says some error and its missing files or is corrupt. Anyone know how to reset the system recovery drive or fix this problem? I don't got my windows disk so i cant reformat.
The blue screen says:
STOP: c000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry cannot load the hive (file)
\Systemroot\System32\config\SECURITY
Or its log or alternate.
Is is corrupt, absent, or not writable.Last edited by Cacti; Jun 8th, 2007 at 11:13 PM.
