I know you can also do that at RBC ABM's. Any word on other banks?

HSBC ATMs do have $10 bills. There's some weird combinations that get them ($20 won't get you them, but $200 will get you 2 of them). I also believe they are one of the only ones I've seen recently, but I know of a Scotia machine downtown that gives out $50 and $10 bills only.

TD machines back in the 90s gave out $10 bills as well. RBC machines in the 90s gave out $5s too.

But pretty much these days, all machines give out $20s only because it's easier to just load a machine with all the same bills. TD and some CIBC machines have $50s.

It really depends what machine you use - the HSBC machine at the Bloor and Avenue Road dispenses $10 bills, but the one at Rutherford and Jane didn't last time I used it.

I donno, but i withdrew $50 since they have a "fast withdrawal $50" button, and out comes 2 $20 and 1 $10 bills.

I think bank machine should give option of which kind of bills you want, from $5 to $100.

That will be hard, doing the program to do it is easy but asking the ATM manufacturer to do more rectangular box at the back of the machine is not that easy that why there is a limited denomination in each ATM but it is not impossible.
