HSBC - looking for good service branch GTA/Markham

I want to open an account with HSBC, but the people answering the phone are not too bright or helpful. Need to visit a branch in GTA or Markham. Has anyone experienced good service at any of the branches, and please share which branch/address?

Kennedy and H-7 (south/west at the chinese plaza)
Steeles/Ferrier Drive (North/west at the Metro Square)
Steeles/Kennedy (Pacific Mall)

Market Village has good service if you are ethnically Chinese from my previous experience. However, my home branch is Bayview and York Mills and the people working there are quite competent.

the one at bayview and 7 (golden plaza) is good too.

the one at Highway 7 and Pine Valley in Woodbridge is pretty good, all Italians that work there. I think they're having a promo if you open an account there you could win Toronto FC tickets.
