[The Bay] Citizen Eco-Drive Clearance - $99.99 - $149.99

A few of the Citizen Eco-drive watches are on clearance at thebay.ca and in-store. Ordered one online as it seemed like a pretty good deal for an eco-drive. I tried on a few of these models in-store but YMMV.

I have a citizen Eco-drive watches, and once I thought the battery was dead, it turns out it's just it didn't see enough light.
Also got a TISSOT that won't run if I keep in on my desk longer than a day......

I really have a fixed feeling about all these kind of tech in a watch

Perhaps you should go outside and see the sun some more. It helps with charging.

Nice watch, too bad I would look pretty awkward with this particular style.

Got excited to see an Eco Drive for $100, but knew there had to be a catch.

That uh, is a “distinctive” looking time piece…

Honestly I've found the crystal on my eco-drive to be very easily scratched, and looking online I wasn't the only one. Just something to keep in mind

Nice deal - picked up one of the blue faced models. Thanks OP!

Don't forget to go through cashback sites (ebates, gcr, etc.) first!

Would mineral be better?

so it means it's not sapphire crystal, most likely mineral.

Sapphire would be better.

Seiko's Hardlux is tons better.

That's the only feature I look at now when considering a budget watch. Most expensive ones are already sapphire.

Yours must not be sapphire then. Mine has no scratches at all, and it's my daily driver.
