What is the best xx% off discount on regular items? I am considering getting a Fjallraven Kanken from anywhere but I'm trying to find the best option. Indigo is my best bet for that since they have 15% off all the time.

chances are Fjallraven will be excluded from any half decent sale at the Bay..

but to answer the first part of your question for regular price items is 40% (clothing)... but like most Bay sales, lots of exclusions..

In store as well. Not sure if you have to show your VIP card.

I had expected that this event would occur last week based on fact that the President's Discount event for Rewards VIP members has historically started on the Wednesday following Seniors' Day in March and September, but I'm glad they delayed the event by one week instead of cancelling it in their efforts to reduce discounting in 2018.

My President's Discount event package hasn't even arrived yet, so thanks to the OP.

From past experience, it seems to work for everyone if you enter the VIP code online. In store may be different as they may ask to see your VIP card.
Have a nice day!
