They go around Thailand and Asia training with martial arts masters and learn new moves. The episode I saw, the Tai Chi (sp) champion was toying around with Chambers (UFC fighter).

i'm completely up to date on this (14 episodes so far). it's a GREAT show for those who are moderately interested in martial arts.
it was fun seeing them do MMA in the USA and visit the gyms that are so famous and then actually getting in the ring. gives an amazing insight in the gruelling training that these fighters have to do to get where they are. I really love the history lessons that they give about the martial arts, kind of gives you an insight on why the art has evolved to the way it is._______________
