Realistically (being a rfd'er), Health books are available for free at the library. This humble bundle is going for the "new years resolution being healthy" marketing gimmick that happens every year with every fitness place, and health food store. A good book bundle if you ever feel motivated to read it and haven't read similar things already.

And if a person really wants to be healthy, common sense will tell you most of the things in the books. And if you are self motivated, you would have already read similar books in the library, and doing regular exercises consistently.

Maybe I am an old fogey, and have oldman "common sense" being that I can discern healthy food from crap foods, know how to cook simple meals, know that fad diets are BS, know about being self-aware will take care of all your "brain hacks". Maybe the current generation needs everything spoon fed to them in ebooks, and online comments from "Friends."

most is common sense, but sometimes self help books keep you in that same fitness mind set too.
it keeps you motivated just like speaking with someone who is really positive about their favorite hobby.

new recipes, new exercises, new diet, to keep in that fitness mind set all the time (some other people choose different medias, tvs , internet or simply go to ymca to see people). But for the price of 1 book at walmart you get 22 books in this and you can choose to give away most at charities.
I haven't seen a library since grade school and if I did go I would probably have forgot to pay the late fees.
