Hunting for a notebook with these specs

So far I can't find a notebook that will suit my needs so I need some help.

Any brand will suffice.

1. NO 64 bit OS
2. Must have ATI or Nvidia graphics, not Intel
3. Screen size 14" - 15" / 16" is too big for portability
4. Built-in Bluetooth (could live without this but it is ideal)
5. Vista (either downgradeable to XP or Free Upg to Win7)

Fulfilling these specs is actually quite difficult while keeping in the $800-$1200 range and not going 16" or bigger. Please help me find it today, thanks to all.

sl500 with discrete graphics, I got mines during the 15% off lenovo thing and got it for just under 1k taxes in and a lot of upgrades
