Hydrogen Peroxide & Baking Soda for Teeth Whitening ?

Once a week I am planning to brush my teeth, with a Hydrogen peroxide & Baking soda solution. About 2 minutes.

Will this damage my teeth or the enamel on my teeth ? Are there any other relatively easy homemade teeth whitening products ?

I don't want those Crest whitening strips or anything like that.

i've never tried but you can also consider activated charcoal that you can find on Amazon or Winners.

I use 3% hydrogen peroxide with a salt and baking soda mix. My mom told me her dentist was the one who told her about it and said it was perfectly safe...just don't overdo it. I think once a week is too much, as it's pretty abrasive. I do it once a month.

Hydrogen peroxide should be fine, assuming it's not overly concentrated but I wouldn't brush with baking soda. It is VERY abrasive.
