I would agree but the beef patties are so damn thin and I can't stand the smell of their cheese. I'd rather go to an actual burger joint like Harvey's who has big patties.
I don't think I fully understand. Are you saying that even with two patties, it's still thinner than one single patty at Harvey's?
Thankfully coupons are out there for a Harvey's burger combo for only $5.99.

I went in to McDonalds as I had a 2 for 1 coupon on an egg mccmuffin. I figured 2 egg mcmuffins for $3-3.50 is pretty good.

$4.19!!!!!!! $4.19 for an egg mcmuffin now? WOW!

McDonalds is getting too expensive. Crazy.
A&W is currently charging only $2.50 for their breakfast sandwich. (A promo price)
No coupon required, and no need to buy two if only one will do!

Yes. One patty is super thin and tasteless. It doesn't taste fresh like other burger places (Wendys, Harveys, South St Burger, McCoys, Five Guys for example).

Here's an example of Harvey's, it's full and tasteful

Yeah, I would rather pay 4x the price for a better experience

I didn't ask you what one patty tastes like.
I asked you if two patties is still more thin than one patty at Harvey's.

Now that McDonald's is charging extra for lettuce and Tomato, that brings the price closer to $3, but still less than $3.99

Limited time offer but ya - $2.50 is decent.

Burger King has 2 for $5 all the time.

McDonalds is crazy - I will still buy when they have the $2 app offer though.

Their app currently offers 2 for one breakfast sandwiches, which still makes it $2.10 each.

7 11 ended their $2 promotion recently. Now they're charging $3.50-$4 for their breakfast sandwiches...and what over head do they have?
It's not like they have to pay rent for a large open space of seating area! I wonder what their excuse is. lol

Mcdonald's Angus burger is still better than Harvey's Angus burger any day though.

I wouldn't be too concerned that they aren't 100% beef. Have you ever made beef patty's at home? I'd be very surprised if you didn't add something to those patties. onion pieces, bread, spices, so on.

I usually have the frozen ones

I only have lettuce on my burgers along with the beef. I don't like anything else with it tbh...

I see Mcdonalds is offering $1 any size coffee until December 10th and they have an extra large now. That's a pretty good deal. But most other items are still too expensive for me.

The location I went to yesterday charged $3.89 for the breakfast sandwich while the one I frequent on the way to work charges $3.69 so it seems the ones that charge a premium are franchised vs the corporate locations
