Am I seeing a "new look" today, or has something gone wrong with my PC's settings? I'm seeing basically one post below another, completely in text form, starting from right at the left edge of the screen, poster's name below, with no avatars. Even after logging in it's the same. It's like it's setup to be viewed on an old DOS machine or something. I hope this isn't a new official "look" as it's really not good at all.
No ads too, BTW.
I see the address at the top of the page starts "http://f.redflagdeals.com/showthread.php" if that's any clue.
So far as I can tell it's just the forums section that's showing this way - but that's the main part of the site.
How can I get back to the old, familiar screen format?

Sure, if I see it again. Though I really hope I won't, unless I'm using a mobile device. I can see where it would be useful to use that mode though - browsing online on my PSP for example. How would I go about activating "mobile mode" intentionally? I just looked at the "My Options" settings, but I'm not sure if anything there activates it or not. BTW, I've NEVER seen that mode before, though evidently others have run across it too. It's probably still workable - but so Eighties.

this happened to me as well
log on and see the ugly new look and i thought "great now i wont be browsing this site as much"
and today i tried to find a post i made earlier only to realize all those features were gone too
but then if you look at the very bottom of the page theres 3 tabs
touch | mobile | browser
so somehow when they made the new design it automatically went into 'touch' mode as in your browsing from a tablet
i click browser and everything is back to normal!

I also cant stand the new look! The font is terrible and the subject titles get lost bc they are not bold
