I just noticed something (photo printing)

I live in a small town, and a photo lab requires a minimum of 90 minutes' driving. So, unless I want to do that, I send my photos online to a lab and pick them up here in town at a drug store. I noticed something curious.

Kodak Gallery - 4x6 photos are 4x5.97

Rexall - 4x6 photos are 4x5.94

Shoppers Photo - 4x6 photos are 4x5.8 <-- nearly 1/4" smaller than they should be.

If I were an activist and unemployed, I would cause a huge scene, get press coverage, and demand a a 3.33% refund on my $0.19 from Shoppers Drug Mart. Fortunately I am much too busy to do that.

It is annoying that the photos are too small for some 4x6 frames though.

Return them and explain why. Bring a ruler and photos from other vendors who makes bigger prints to show them what you are talking about.
