If you have any friends that are DJ's you can ask them, or, you can just download your favourite music.

I need 2.5 hours of Indian music for ambience
Where the hell can I get 2.5 hrs of indian music for an Indian themed dinner party?
Edit: Yes I mean Indian like Ravi Shankar, not native like Graham Greene

Do you want strictly classical? If you aren't looking for stricly classical I would suggest getting some of the Buddha Bar compilations, each are two discs, the first disc is always labelled "Dinner" which gives a selection of exactly that. The second of the set is called "Party". But not all songs are indian or indian influenced. There are previews on amazon or possibly on other sites. PM me if you want more info for this or others.
