I never receive any fund refund from just-eat.ca more than a month.

Paypal service technal support, they said they received nothing and freeze the $ 19.63 from just-eat.ca. They said, "If you do not see a refund yet, the recipient has not initiated a refund on the transaction". So I contacted the just -eat.ca technical service a second time, they blamed me for my bank, which froze that money.

Just-eat.ca, they said« We are unable to do anything henceforth as we are very sure we already issued the refund of $19.63 since the 21th of July.

: I will suggest you contact you contact your bank again as we are sure we issue the refund. It is a refund of $19.63$ I do see here that refund has been processed on this order since the 20th of May. : We are also willing to work with them for further investigation in order to resolve the issue amicably. : Refund has been processed and we cannot issue a double refund. You can let your bank contact us directly and we are ready to work with them on the issue.”
But I use payment in just-eat.ca by Paypal credit only since so many years, not reliate with my TD Bank.
By, I check often my TD Bank and never receive any fund 19.63$ from company Just-eat.ca.

Now, what I can do and what is my next step?

Just curious, do you frequently request a refund from JustEat? Since you have an experience the first time, you should know how to proceed this time. By the way, if JustEat processed the refund successfully to your Paypal account, Just-Eat should have a receipt or some sort of identification from Paypal related to the refund transaction.

The are no responsible and don't want refund double. But Paypal gent said never receive from just-eat. Me too never receive from just-eat in my statement.

Your post this time - including alleged responses from various services - is practically identical - word-for-word in some instances - only the amount is different. It's very obvious that all you did was copy and paste from your original post in June, and change the amounts. The best part is that in the third paragraph, they both say "...I do see here that refund has been processed on this order since the 20th of May."

If it is indeed the second separate occurrence (which I doubt), you just need to take the same steps you took last time to have it resolved. You're a big boy, you're not stupid, so there's no need to ask the same question over again. Certainly no need to copy and paste from four months ago.

OMG dude.... you need to stay off paypal. you have another post on here complaining about amazon/paypal. not sure how old you are but you don't seem to grasp the whole PP thing and seem to be either using it incorrectly or just careless.

get help from an adult before using your parents accounts.

I don’t understand why you are still using just eat if you are having that much trouble. Seriously, there are other eating apps to use. You are also giving us a headache with the same problem you had before. You already got help from the community so take a few steps back and repeat the process. SMH

Very odd... If a company doesn't refund me properly, I definitely wouldn't order again.

Of course, Just-Eat won't issue a double refund. As I said, if the refund was successfully processed, Just-Eat should have some sort of prove such as invoice, receipt, refund ID, etc ... Request that information from Just-Eat and give it to Paypal.

This is the second time for the same problem, you should avoid to use Just-Eat or use another payment method to order next time.

Hello,

This is a follow up regarding a cancelled order on July 21st 2018 for $19.63. This order was made to Thai Mango order number 18987647. This would no longer be appearing in your order history as well. When a paypal order is cancelled on the same day it was placed on Just Eat the transaction is automatically cancelled.

This will either appear as an actual refund (-19.63) on your statement or it can just simply be removed from your statement depending on the bank.

I do see that you have placed an order again on August 22nd for the exact same amount of $19.63 and possibly can be mistaking this charge for the one on July 21st. The order number for this is 19200528.

Please see attached as I have provided a screen capture of both order with the same amount. I have attached a screen capture of the proof of the reversed transaction on paypal. If you have 2 charges for $19.63 still showing on your statement, we will need to see a copy of your statement from July to show there is still the charge (and no refund) for the July 22nd order.

I am deaf and non-verbal. No nurse in my nursing home or settlement worker help subject outside nursing home. I come from Montréal nd no family in GTA.
