nevermind, it went back to 100% in 15 minutes

IBM Thinkpad R51 battery suddenly went to 0% from 100%?
Anyone know any battery reconditioning software for ibm thinkpad that could cause this? It was at 100% plugged in, then suddenly shown 0% and recharging, anyone had this before? Is this normal?
