Identify Door chime/Ring Video Doorbell install help

So I finally got around to installing my Ring Pro that I got for Xmas the other day and it’s actually up and running but I am having a few glitches. Audio and video sometimes stutters a bit when trying to talk to somebody through the app and Ring is blaming it on the fact that I don’t have Pro Power pack installed in my mechanical chime. However, when they try and assist me in installing it they are unable to understand my wiring and are asking me to identify the make and model of my door chime. They are even questioning if it actually is a mechanical chime (vs digital?) and therefore not compatible with Ring.

Can anyone help me identify this door chime? I’m assuming it came with the house which was built in 1997.

Or even better...can somebody offer some insight into how to install the Ring power pack in this chime?
