I think if your business operates in English, you should be speaking English at all times.
I find it very unprofessional when employees conduct themselves otherwise.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked TMaNw2338h for this post.

The stats are so misleading. We all know in Canada, that Mandarin speakers has no respect for English or French whatsoever. They speak Mandarin all day long in a English working environment with their Mandarin speaking colleagues. The only moment they speak in English is when they are talking to their English speaking boss and speaking to other colleagues about work matters in English. They also just make friends with colleagues that speaks Mandarin, no one else can be their friends.

French is <0.8% now? Time to abandon it as an official language then. ;)_______________

I suppose they should have stayed in their Mandarin, Cantonese, Greek, Italian, Russian, German, Yiddish, Arabic, Punjabi, Tagalog, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, etc etc homelands then, huh? Lots of friends to talk to there. ;)_______________
