[IKEA] IKEA Family Card - Benefits with Free Sign-up

Not sure when Ikea first started this but I'm going to guess it's fairly new as I don't see it on their main website. No loyalty points or anything like that, though the monthly product discounts make this most interesting for me. Example: This month the Hemnes 6-drawer chest is $199.00 for members, $249.00 regular.

Free sign-up on the website - http://family.ikea.ca/

Monthly product discounts
Additional discounts in our restaurant*
A chance to win a $100 IKEA Gift Card** every time you scan your card in the store (1 winner/month for each participating IKEA store)
[removed]
90-day return policy

*Valid at participating locations. See store for details.

I don't see it on the Coquitlam or Richmond store websites.

The free coffee/tea is only in the restaurant not at the bistro.

I picked one up last week at the Ikea Etobicoke store.

What if you visit multiple Ikea stores, do you need a different card for each?

Someone needs to fix the audio!

By the way, the Etobicoke location is the only one where you can sign up this family card for now. I have tried all other locations and got the same response:

Get notified
We're sorry, IKEA FAMILY is not yet available at IKEA XXXXX. Want a heads-up when your store has IKEA FAMILY?

If you want to be notified you can join their list and they will let you know once your location becomes a participant.

Wonder if 1 card entitles you free coffee for all members in the "family" or need 1 per person...

Neat! I'll wait for the North York location to join.

BTW, food at the restaurant sucks... I'm as cheap as any other RFD'er, but I couldn't stand the coffee - had to throw it out and grab one at McD's on the way out...

Can someone please answer - if I register for Etobicoke store (the only offering it at the moment in Toronto) do i get the same privileges at the other stores - say North York (which is not offering it at the moment)?
