Just need them to go on sale or offer the 10% giftcard like last year. Anybody know if Ikea's having a kitchen cabinet sale coming up anytime soon?
Just called Ikea & their next kitchen promo will be coming up end of Feb. - beginning of March  We are in need of some Nexus black-brown laundry cabinets :D

Ikea will be having their event in the next couple of weeks until Nov 1st. Does anyone know who the local supplier in Ottawa is for the Quartz countertops.

We love our ikea kitchen cabinets, great quality for a reasonable price.

Our counter was from lowes and was about $20 a lin foot.

Does anyone know who the supplier is for Ikea laminate counters? I'm looking to replace only the counter top in my place.

I think their regular price is around $18 a linear foot so if anyone knows of a cheaper place to buy them let me know!
You can try Quick Top Counters on Kaladar too.

What's the event? I am looking to redo the kitchen in my suite. About 9x10.

20%? Would this be cross Canada. If so for me its a good deal since I have a few things to buy there.

I have not heard 20%. The last sale was 15% and that was the biggest kickback promo they ran for kitchens.

I think dampers are $3 per door and $10 per drawer. They're not cheap but HD sells the door ones for twice the price. Also, I cheaped out in the laundry room and used 1 damper per drawer instead of the recommended 2. Saved $5 per drawer and they work fine (close is faster but still quiet if you don't slam it). Not sure how long they'd last though. :D

Does anyone know who else sells the dampers in GTA?

Thanks,

The Blumotion dampers like the ones Ikea sells are specific to the Blum brand of hinges and slides. You can't really add them to any door or drawer.

If you have Blum hinges, you can buy clip-top dampers from HD or Lee Valley.

If you don't have Blum hinges, you can get a different kind of damper for doors. They don't work as well as the hinge ones but they're still pretty good.
