Just left Ikea North York. Recycle booth in parking lot outside main entrance.
Was planning to dropoff 3 items (need new dressers!), but the recycle guy said only one $25 coupon per person, no matter how many items you drop off.
We hv 2 people, so just dropped off 2 items and each got one coupon. Got rid of old Rogers internet modem and old cellphone.
Was going to buy 2 dressers each ~$200. Cashier was strict about only “one coupon per transaction”. Good that we hv 2 people...we just split purchase into 2 separate transactions.

thanks for clarification because too many people were asking this...
i thought it was obvious that you cannot stack 6x $25 off to get your purchase for free, but hey i guess it's a 'valid' question?

Coupon requires a supervisor to come over to honour it. Mild annoyance depending on how long it takes them to arrive. I waited almost 10 minutes.
On the plus side the recycle people seem to take anything computer related even if the website says otherwise.

Unbelievable, ikea return department turned me down for applying a coupon on a product bought a few days before..
Not sure how associates here are trained but they seem to be worse than McDonald's workers.

I was 20 minutes late but managed to get another coupon as they were putting things away. I got my first one yesterday.

Thanks. They didn't care what it was as long as it was an electronic. Also didn't care that I was side by side with wife doing 1 item each. Nice and quick and good on Ikea for giving them a spot outside so it's not congested inside.
