Has anyone ever been to one of these before? What are the odds of a sofa being on sale?

We went to one of these in Calgary... Never again. If you're actually in the market for something, then you might get lucky. But even then sales aren't even that great. Otherwise, don't expect much deals to had. Personally I think the best time to go to Ikea is a Tuesday night or something. Avoids the crowds.

So the "Midnight Madness" sale is from 7 to 12, but then it says their "winter sale" starts Dec 12th... I'm assuming at 7 and I couldn't just go right now?? And then the winter sale with "up to 50% off many of our items in store" isn't just tonight right?

Their marketing people really aren't very good with their wording.

i don't know about coquitlam but in calgary, it's posted at the exit (or so it says on the monthly event flyer.)
