Does anyone know if there's a difference between the downtown location and the Richmond Hill location?

Like, do they have a faster turn-around time? Maybe a different tailor? And how good is he in comparison to the one uptown? Is it easier/harder to book an appointment there compared to the uptown one? Could I do my first appointment there and then my subsequent appointments uptown? What about the reverse? Any difference at all.

Good question. I"ll tell them to answer you directly.
Since I work at Yonge/Queen what I sometimes do is I'll choose my shirts and have them delivered at their downtown location which is Yonge/King. I don't really notice a difference in turn around time, it's always been the same for me. I believe the Markham store you can walk in.
I've made appointments in both Markham and Downtown with no issues at all. As for Tailor I don't know because they have my measurements already in the system and all my shirts fit exactly how I wanted it from the get go._______________

Turnaround: there is no turnaround time difference between the locations. I will say that downtown is busier than the others (except for Saturday), which means that it might be harder for you to get an appointment downtown than it is uptown.
Tailors: The tailor is different between the downtown and other locations, but they are more than capable to do the alterations and the quality is very much the same.
Switching locations: Yes, you can switch locations around (go to one to order, another to fit). Just tell us and we will be able to accommodate you.

Anyone been to Mississauga location ?
How's the staff, pleasant to work with ?
I wish they could list what are their opening hours, guessing everyone has to e-mail them first to check their hours before commiting to appointments, one less email they would have to make if they just listed the hours on their website.

Often if it is by appointment only there is likely some very flexible hours whether you want weekends or the week etc... I would inquire mostly with a "Here are a few dates/times I am available can we get an appointment for here?" more than just "hey when are you available."

My experience at IM Label
I thought it would be sort of a storefront but the address was a hotel - Turns out the fitting and everything is run out of someone's hotel room. Looked pretty shady but I was that insofar that I didn't want to turn back.
My appointment was at 5:30, so I went in at around 5:20. Knocked on the door and some well dressed Asian guy answers the door (I think his name was Calvin). I told him I had an appointment, he said the guy who was going to fit me (Carlton) wasn't there yet so I took a seat on the couch and he gave me a book of fabrics to look through (the same on the site). If I had to describe the room, it would be like they wanted to make it high class but the amenities didn't allow for it so they did the best they could. Also, I think the Chinese guy's girlfriend/mother was living there as well, I could hear Chinese being spoken in the background LOL but I digress.
Soon, the main guy (Carlton) arrives from work. He's a well dressed man and it's clear he knows what he's doing, fashion wise. So we exchanged pleasantries, He guided me through the fabrics and which ones he recommended. I went with a solid colour blue, a striped blue one and some white textured one. He told me about the fabrics and how poly-cotton blend gets less wrinkly so I decided to go with that (in reality I had my choices picked out but I went with his recommendation cause I thought it would mean more coming from him lol).
After the fabrics, he went through all these shirt dimensions that I didn't even know existed - the type of buttons on the front, type of collar, cuff, back etc. He explained each one and gave recommendations as well, so it was fairly painless.
I had to fill out a bunch of information like name, address etc. Fairly standard stuff. One of the interesting things they have was for referrals, if you refer someone, both you and the referee share the bonus 50/50 so it's win/win if any of you want to get some shirts done just PM me.
After that, it was the actual measurements. It went pretty quickly and normally. He commented on my body shape saying that he hadn't measured a guy so small before (in before jokes) in terms of chest/shoulder size. He even made a joke that I could wear his shirts if he was taller since we have similar dimensions. I guess on the bright side I would have had to come to a custom-fit shirt place either way, since he said they don't make shirts for tall, skinny guys like me. He also said I have really long arms so the shirt in general would have to be longer, but it doesn't matter since I would tuck in my shirt anyway.
After writing all that information down, he said he would create a profile of my measurements and send them off for my shirt to be made. He said it would take 4 weeks for the shirts to be done, then I would have to reschedule after my shirts arrived for tailoring/adjustments. I had to pay right then and there (They have a credit card thing hooked up, pretty ghetto), but hopefully everything goes all right.
At the end, he gave me a business card and his personal card, I thanked him and I was on my way. Overall experience was pretty good. I forgot to ask him the list of questions I had for him but I can just e-mail that him tomorrow. They didn't rush or pressure me at all, and gave sound reasoning/recommendations for a newb like me to understand. Just going to wait for the shirts to arrive and for them to make any necessary adjustments.

Great review. Gave thanks.
The hotel setup is pretty common, at least what I have seen for the traveling tailors that have come to my area since I started becoming interested in menswear recently. BMV Bespoke and Raja Fashions were both situated in hotels and required appointments. Indochino was the only one who set up actual temporary physical ground-level storefronts (they leased the retail space) where you could walk in without an appointment (and I did so four times like a spontaneous bastard, haha).
However, I thought IM-Label had three permanent storefronts in the GTA. I'm not from there, so I can't confirm. Everybody on RFD who had reviewed IM-Label had not mentioned anything about visiting a hotel suite for their fittings. Can anyone weigh in on this?
Very glad to hear that they are factoring in your unique physique. Here's hoping your shirts turn out just as you hoped. If you don't mind, how much did you pay? For my Indochino purchase, I too had to pay right at the end of my fitting and selection of options, so I am treating that process as normal.

I got fitted for three shirts at the R.Hill location this weekend. Very knowledgable and professional. Will report back when I get the shirts in four weeks.
The downtown location is a leased condo at the One King Hotel & Residences.
They are looking to lease an actual store at the moment._______________

I'll assume you work at/own IM Label.
I was surprised at the referral discount. I thought it was $13 off per shirt when you buy 3 or more instead of $10 off. But it's actually $13 off per referred person on top of the $10 off. Very pleasantly surprised!
You guys should advertise the referral program more prominently. I am actively trying to get my friends to go now to get discounts on my next purchase!
Also - more details online about the fabrics and the seasons would be helpful._______________
