Im purchasing a textbook online, does it have any duties?
Also, will it matter if they ship it using UPS or Fedex, or should I request them to ship using USPS

I'm pretty sure books (in fact, all reading materials) are not dutiable. Perhaps Ebola or CWB will see this thread and give you a more definitive answer.
