Important update 30/May/2012: the prize has changed, as per this email I got from Crucial.com today:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've had to replace the original "Dinner with the Woz" grand prize, and we are really sorry that we had to change it at the last minute. To help make up for it, we came up with a new grand prize that we hope you'll think is just as good, if not better: a $10,000 Apple gift card.

Since you already entered to win dinner with Steve Wozniak, you will be automatically entered to win the new grand prize, and as an added bonus, Crucial.com will provide a matching $10,000 donation to the TechSoup® Global charity. What's not to love?
