I'd defended him even though I dislike him. If its ok for Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Steve Harvey, Cedric, Martin Lawrence, to use these sorts of terms - or wors-its good enough for him too...or at least easy to see why he thinks it would be.
Blacks have to understand that the more they throw around derogatory expressions between themselves , the more likely it will be that non-blacks become desensitized to the expressions and think its ok for them to use themselves. Respect yourselves and everyone else will respect you.
