infamouskid scam, many ppl losing out on money
many people, including me have been scammed by infamouskid. couple months back, he organized a couple of group buys for arcade parts, charging a little service fee on up of the price of parts and various kits.
took a couple months to arrive, some people got their kits. i myself got MOST of my kit, i was missing a wire harness. many other people are missing larger amounts of money, some in the hundreds. these people say they've tried to contact brian javier (infamouskid) through phone and email, but say he's ignoring their calls or telling them he's already shipped their orders or is about to. i gave up after the long wait of just even getting my partial shipment and moved on.
SRK thread of the group buy: http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthre...184056&page=38
take what you will from that thread, maybe now he'll stop ignoring these people and actually look, since he trolls these forums a lot more than SRK

first off those all packages were shipped.
second i answer my phone after hours since i have a life.
and last only 2 ppl have reported not receiving their packages those 2 ppl are being dealt with. 1 of those 2 is a potential scammer himself since i already sent the same package out 2 times yet he claims nothing has still arrived. and i have no clue who you are and i have no record of ever selling to you under that username.

actually there is months of email and pm history clearly showing i am responding to those same buyers you speak off. actually there is also proof of me attempting contact with one of them for months which in the end lead to me putting a 30 day hold policy.
you can go on srk and read for yourself. as for the wiring harness it was sent via regular mail. if you did not get it your options are to have another one shipped at your expense or a credit towards your next order. those policies are also clearly stated in the first post of the srk thread.
your welcome.

i dont care about hte wiring harness anymore, its like 5bucks
its the principle that matters to me. these other guys who are losin out on big bucks are trying to contact you but say you keep ignoring them, not even showing up on your own thread for almost 2 months. whos to know who's lying. but it seems like to me many ppl are missin out vs 1 guy who's already got his money upfront on day 1

like i said. the contact attempts and emails and pm's are all logged.
tracking info was supplied. those individuals are free to attempt a dispute but I as a seller fulfilled my part and responded and attempted several times contact.
and those guys who say i am not contacting them are full of it. go and ask them to post email records and look at the response dates. all within 24 - 48 hours. i myself will be professional about this... i stated my answers and provided what was needed and i will now stick to my policies which were stated. calling me a scammer is still far from the truth since orders were indeed filled.

if you want, i can show you my RFD PM's and Email responses.. i sent you an email on Aug 3rd or something and i emailed you like twice a week until like last week and you never replied to any of them until i started PM'ing you on RFD which was two weeks ago, and then you started dodging me again... =|
I've been very patient Brian, I have never even called you about this matter because i hope your intentions are clean. I will send you out the original email right now requesting a refund, since i payed you through EMT.
PS. your email doesnt work? i tried sending two emails just now and i got two failures.. =/

Not worth it IMO to do a grup buy on Arcade parts, exactly for this reason.
They're not exactly big ticket items and EVEN less worthwhile if there's an *up front* service fee...
I'm happily ordering my parts from, LL, Tek and other arcade parts suppliers without any problems...

No Response???
Brian.
Man... this is taking waaaay too long.
You said missing parts will be shipped out on Thursday Sept 10, and would send me an UPS tracking number.
After 3 PMs, 3 Emails, 2 Phone Msg, you don't even send me an update???
You've been replying to RFD threads, but don't have time to check PM?

i just pm'ed him, ill give him a call later regarding my refund. I doubt hes a scammer, he's had alot of clean transactions with many. I called him two days ago and he said he would do up a refund that night... But i didn't see anything, i hope his intentions were that he sent it to the wrong email or something.. =| look up, give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm quite an optimistic and patient guy, but i really need my refund money to help pay some of my tuition i have outstanding.. haha

I hope his intention is good.
It's just that he promised several times that he would ship my item, but no follow up after that.
I did get the partial shipment from him few months back.
and I know most of people in the group buy has received the goods.
I just don't understand why he is not replying to threads & pms. I've just got the e-mail 'read' receipt, but still has not heard anything yet.
Hope he replies with the UPS tracking number that he promised.
