Installing Sirius radio in a 96 Jetta
I am trying to set up my Sirius Starmate 4 in my 1996 jetta. the suction cup does not stick anywere on the dashboard, and also tends to fall off the windsheild. I am currenty using the vent mount bracket. However I am looking at a vehicle specific bracket like this one

has anyone else used anything like this? what do u think of this type of install , is this site reputable? Can anyone else give me some idea's or tips on installing my unit in a jetta. would apreciate any thoughts/suggestions. thanks

you might want to try a vw forum to see where they mounted it
forums.vwvortex.com
they have an mk3 section
