Insurance commissions

Hello if I make commissions on selling insurance, does it make sense to incorporate this business?
Some say I can't enjoy the lower tax rate for this. Thanks!

They don't know what they're talking about but I see this horrible advice all the time. The lower tax rate only helps if you invest the $ with positive returns inside the company instead of taking it out and then you need to do so for about a decade or more to gain any advantage. Are you going to leave the $ in the company for that long and never have use for it personally? I highly doubt it!
