Insurance Opinion needed

I went to http://www.insurancehotline.com/ for a quote for my auto insurance that comes up for renewal soon. A vary favourable quote came from Zenith Insurance and Buckley. Approximately $400 less than I am paying ING.

Low price is nice but only if you are not sacrificing service when you really need it, so before switching companies...

Has anyone had any experience with either of these companies, negative or positive?
