It is in an OEM blister pack from tiger-direct, bought a HSF from them for warrantly purpose but will throw in a retail intel HSF with the deal. I just need to open the pack to get the bar-code to send in for rebate.

Asking $60 for the CPU which is less then you could get it for from Tiger after shipping and rebate.
