I'm planning on upgrading my computer, so I am selling the folling items:

1. An intel i5 750 Lynnfield Socket 1156 processor. Heatsink and fan not included

2. A Biostar TX5E socket 1156 motherboard. The backplate for the case is included.

Looking for $140 for both. Items can be picked up or shipped. I am willing to "ship first" to well-qualified buyers.
