I have not noticed anything loading slow today but the past 1-2 weeks we have been experiencing poor performance from the YellowID servers. The developers here are working with their team to get this resolved as soon as possible.

still problems. takes about 50 sec and then this. After 4 tries I could post both the messages.
504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.

same here, happened to me yesterday and today couple of times. tried 5th time just now to login.

As someone who also gets the exact same timeouts and errors, I understand everyones frustration. Every day I speak to our dev team about this and it is a priority issue. Unfortunately since this isn't a problem we have direct control over, we're limited in what we can do to fix it. I'm hoping this latest problem with Yellow ID can be resolved soon. One of our top priorities this year is to separate ourselves from the Yellow ID system which will eliminate the problem from happening again and give us direct control over any log-in/timeout issues.

I don't have an update to provide other than that at this time but I will keep this thread updated as I receive new information.
