Maybe you should sell your ipad 1 now and get the ipad 2.

Ask yourself...

Are the new features/upgrades worth the difference?

I saved almost $300 by going with the 64GB iPad 3G. I don't use FaceTime, have my BlackBerry Bold 9780's 5MP Camera (soon it will be iPhone 5) and do I really need (the Dual Core A5) Angry Birds to load much quicker? For $300 I can wait. LOL

Also what do you use your iPad that you need A5? TBH, it's just hype.

This is what I use my 64GB iPad 3G and HAVE NO ISSUES that I need to upgrade...

Safari
iTunes
Video
Apps (Angry Birds, Weather Network, Zite, City News)

Unless you're going to carry your iPad 2 around naked using the excuse that it's Thinner is pointless if you're just going to use Case and/or Bag . It's lighter, my goodness lift some weights.

I think the magnetic auto wake sensor is the #1 overlooked feature of the new Ipad...

I'll wait for the hype to die down...maybe if I can sell my Ipad I'll upgrade to the 2nd.

If you already own the original iPad, I'd say no, it's not worth it.

If you don't, then you have some factors to consider. If you don't need a lot of space, get the base iPad2. If you want the extra space without the cost then I'd get a 32 or 64gb iPad1.
