A truly revolutionary X model phone for sure. I'm curious about that too. Trying to decide whether to get the Note 8 or wait to see what they have for next year.anotherbargainhunter wrote: ↑Nov 4th, 2017 8:58 amI went to an Apple store and was able to fondle one. My first thought and impression was......."it is definitely not worth the sticker price that they are asking". After few minutes I left and haven't thought about it again until this morning when I see this thread.
My next plan is to wait until Samsung releases their phone with foldable screen early next year.

Considering I did not have a reservation or preorder and I got one on Friday waiting a combined wait time of 20 min, yes, there's way more stock than they make it sound like.bigjee wrote: ↑Nov 3rd, 2017 5:09 pmThis was the smallest iPhone stock in years at my local Apple Store. So not sure what you're talking about no shortage.
And by stock I mean off contract and no plan attached (not the stuff bestbuy or the source are selling) I refuse to sign up for a 70$ / month plan for two years. No thanks.

I would say depends. I placed 3 separate orders, got one on Friday (barely I think) but with Bell contract from BB, cancelled one of the orders and the other one will ship from Apple on November 21/27, so will see what to do with that one when the time comes.

Most reps don't know about it but they accept cracked phones now as long as it can power on the device. You can ask them to double check or call customer service before you go see them.

yeah even if it was a pristine 4s, $310 is an insane trade in value.

Yes. Haha I'm just so happy I got rid of that. Still have my iPhone 3GS though
