Have a 1st gen ipod touch (used) on sale. Jailbroken with latest 2.1 firmware.

Condition [8/10]: Screen in perfect condition with no scratches, back on ipod with the usual ipod scratch and a small nick on the lower right of the ipod.

You get the original retail box a crystal case that is not much of a help and everything else except the ear piece (don't think you want my ear piece (hygiene purpose).

Reason for selling: Getting the iphone 3g

In case potential buyer backs down, I am wondering what is the warranty left on this?.. or is that void because it's jailbroken? Sorry, not familiar with this terminology!

Oh, I forgot to mention that the warranty is valid until June or July or next year, can't remember the exact day but I can find out. Well...I don't know about the jailbroken part. But like if you restore the firmware b4 you rma it, how would they know?
