Hi there,
I have been stuck in the dark ages with dial-up and am now looking for a High-Speed ISP.
I came across Acanac.ca and CIA.com - anyone familiar with these?
I was hoping to find a good provider at as low of a cost as possible. (naturally, I'm a redflagdeals fan!)
