Itrade charges to deposit certificates

So now all of a sudden itrade charges $100 to deposit certificates.. what the heck???

Do any of the other ones charge now

Yes Questrade does $300 for TSX, NYSE, etc listed company. Complain to Itrade and say it's unreasonable, then ask if they can give some free trades.

I just deposited my certificate with TD Direct Investing absolutely free of charge. It was quick, took less than 5 business days for the stocks to show up in my Td Direct Investing account. All of the big six banks would do it free of charge. No frill brokers charge anything between $100 and $300 for processing.

I just called rbc td and bmo and they are all free

The question is which one should I switch my banking too now
