this guy sure is guilty but i doubt the jury will find him guilty
if the poll is about what you think and what you think the jury will decide...my responses will be different_______________

he may have had sexual relations with that boy or other boys, but the prosecution has lots of holes in it and the kid and his family don't seem to be very credible. For that reason, Jacko will be aquitted.

from the evidence presented, the prosecution has a very very weak case, the defence pretty much discredited all of the prosecution's findings.
IMO he is not a child molestor but just have issues in accepting he is not a child and cant act like one. (e.g. its okay for kids to share a bed but not a grown man and someone else's kids) I sympathize for him though.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked gilboman for this post.

Its up for grabs really.
I mean, for all we know he could be really irresponsible, or have the kids have free range of the house.
maybe he never fed the kid wine, rather the kid would help himself to the stuff in the wine cellar cuz no one told him he could not.
They should've sued for lack of liability & corrupting a minor, not something as strong as molestation.
Even then.. where were the parents.. obviously not keeping a watchful eye._______________
