Is it a good idea to jailbreak it and get cydia and installous?

I know that. But, is jailbreaking safe? Are the cydia apps and installous apps safe?

I've had mine jailbroken since the release and have always jailbroke my other iphones no prob.
You add more sources to DL more tweaks/programs but some are not reliable that's why you get that disclaimer from cydia when you're adding sources. Bricking your phone and/or security is the main worry._______________

I've had quite a few people who have used my Jailbreak guide and no one has have ever regretted it. Its easy to go back to normal and it works flawlessly as you can imagine. I've seen springboard fail from time to time and just boot back up, as simple as pushing the home button and unlocking your screen. (that's how long it takes to reset)

There's nothing scary about it. You'd be missing out on a lot of cool things.
I do it for SBsettings as it's nice and convenient to turn off wifi, gps etc. rather than manually through Settings._______________

I think my phone's been bricked already.. It sat at the regular screen but couldn't do anything and couldn't even turn It off.
I had to go and do the emergency restore method and everything turned out back to normal and reset It back to defaults. Does that count on bricking the phone or Is bricking where there's no return?_______________
