Japanese translation on auction sheet

Hi, I am thinking of purchasing a car from auction in Japan. Could someone with the necessary skills translate this auction sheet for me. It would be much appreciated.

I can't read Kanji perfectly, but I'm pretty sure it says something about "Don't even bother trying to sell this death trap here in Kyushu....see if you can find some dumb gaijin to buy it sight unseen."
