jean size comparison help

i'm looking at ordering a pair of evisu no.3's online but am not sure what size to get that is comparable to say 32" RnR, 31 william rast, or 31 true religions that i have that all fit similarly. i also have a pair of 31s from evisu genes collection and 32 evisu x puma's if that helps. should i get a pair of 32 or 33 of the evisu no.3's? anyone with first hand experience with how much they shrink after washing? also would they stretch a bit after wearing? any help is appreciated. thanks.
