Although online access and an e-mail account can be used in order to participate in this contest, NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free access to computers and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free e-mail accounts.

1. No Purchase Necessary. The "Spin to Win" Instant Win Contest (the "Contest") begins April 1, 2009 and ends on September 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. EDT ("Contest Period"). Enter one of two ways: (1) visit www.JellyBelly.ca complete the registration process to play the "Spin to Win" instant win contest. Each play is automatically entered into the Second Chance Sweepstakes (the "Grand Prize"). Alternatively (2), print your name, address, including postal code, phone number and age on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, sign it and send it to: Jelly Belly Second Chance Sweepstakes: P.O. Box 9152, Saint John, N.B. E2L 4Y1 . All mail-in entries MUST specify a selection of your favourite Jelly Belly flavour. Entries without an indication the favourite flavour selection will be disqualified. By entering the contest, all entrants agree to any future use of their favourite flavour selection by The Jelly Belly Candy Company® and Concord Sales Ltd. (the "Contest Sponsor")

2. HOW TO PLAY: During the Contest Period an eligible contestant may visit the Contest Sponsor's website at www.JellyBelly.ca The contestant will then be prompted, to log-in, register and enter the requested demographic information and upon pressing "submit", the contestant will be asked to play the Spin to Win contest. Upon entering contestant's favourite Jelly Belly flavour and pressing "spin" contestant will receive a message ("Screen Shot") notifying the contestant whether or not he/she is a potential winner. Each contestant is allowed only one (1) play per day. If a winning message (i.e., Screen Shot stating that the contestant is a potential winner) is received in response to "Spin" as directed herein, said contestant is a potential winner of the prize specified subject to contestant eligibility. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the "winning" contestant at the e-mail address provided by contestant during the log-in process. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules before any prize will be awarded. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day, all your entries will be void.

3. Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada, who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, excluding employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of the Contest Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and the independent contest organization. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
